When is it?
The program will be on Sunday afternoons from 5:00pm through 7:00pm between September 22nd and November 10th.
Do I need to Register?
Yes. Registration is $90 per person for the program. If you bring a guest, the fee is $140 for both. Registration is open through September 15th.
How do I Register & Pay?
There are three ways to register and pay for the event:
- Mail a check payable to Lakeview SDA with a memo “Preventing Diabetes” to Lakeview SDA Church, 4001 Macedonia Road, Powder Springs GA 30127
- Pay via cash or check to Esther, Maya or at the church office.
- Register and pay online at AdventSource.org.
